Key Responsibilities:

• Train and supervise assembly line workers effectively

• Perform stock reconciliation at shift ends

• Communicate quality concerns clearly with inspectors

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent qualifications

• Experience with packaging machinery is an asset

• 1-2 years in related packaging industry roles preferred

• Proficient in computer software, especially Microsoft Office

• Capable of physically demanding work, including lifting
