Baker Mixer – Food Manufacturing Expert

In this position, you will report to the Line Leader or Production Supervisor and focus on mixing and blending raw materials according to precise recipes. Quality assurance and food safety are integral to this role as you will monitor products throughout the manufacturing process. Efficient operation of equipment while adhering to safety standards is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review batch documentation and prepare ingredients

• Mix ingredients precisely per batch recipes

• Maintain clean and safe equipment operation

• Ensure product quality meets specified standards

• Log mix records into the system promptly

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-3 years manufacturing experience preferred

• Prior experience in food manufacturing is an asset

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and GMPs
