In this Supervisor role, you will coordinate shift activities and ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and cGMP standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily compounding activities for operational efficiency
• Monitor and maintain cGMP practices and safety protocols
• Facilitate training sessions and coach team members
• Lead investigations for non-conformance issues
• Ensure compliance with calibration and maintenance schedules
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5-7 years in pharmaceutical supervision
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and CAPA execution
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills
• Capacity to conduct root cause analysis
• Familiarity with MS applications and manufacturing systems
