In this hands-on role, the Shift Supervisor will manage a team of dock employees, handling the efficient unloading and staging of tires for processing. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise team on dock operations for efficient unloading
• Manage inbound and outbound shipment coordination
• Verify all documentation and complete necessary reporting
• Maintain a safe and healthy workplace for your team
• Report tire volume data to management
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a warehouse
• Forklift operation experience preferred
• Capability to lift tires and perform physical tasks
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Proficient in MS Office suite
