Join Triple M Metal as a Picker Team Member, where you’ll be integral in inspecting and processing scrap metals to meet operational goals effectively.

We are expanding and looking for four committed Team Members to join our operations. This position will have you engaging with ferrous and non-ferrous metals, ensuring they are properly sorted and processed. A focus on cleanliness and efficiency is essential as you contribute to our mission of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and grade metals for proper recycling

• Maintain an orderly and safe work environment

• Operate counterbalance forklifts or skid steers as needed

• Record material codes and weights accurately

• Issue yard tickets to customers during processing

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in production or warehouse settings

• Forklift or skid-steer experience preferred

• Willingness to undergo a background check

• Physical ability to perform lifting and movement tasks
