Production Operator

Position: Production Operator at IKO Industries
Become a crucial part of IKO Industries as a Production Operator, ensuring smooth manufacturing and quality control. This full-time role requires operating machinery and adhering to safety protocols effectively.

As a Production Operator, you will report directly to the Production Supervisor and manage the production line. Your key tasks will include operating manufacturing equipment, inspecting raw materials, and conducting quality checks. Maintain product standards and be responsible for preparing items for shipment while working in a unionized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery in line with safety procedures

• Inspect materials and finished products for quality

• Conduct regular quality checks on production

• Enter system data for waste and downtime

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing

• Ability to stand for long durations

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Good command of English in reading and writing

• Capacity to lift and move up to 50 pounds
