Manufacturing ​/ Production Operator, Production Associate ​/ Production Line

This role helps ensure healthcare products are packaged safely, accurately, and efficiently so customers receive products they can trust. By maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity, this role supports the commitments we make every day to our customers and partners. If done exceptionally well, this role keeps operations running smoothly while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

As an Operator
, you’ll oversee assigned packaging lines, operate automated and semi-automated equipment, and help guide team members to achieve production, quality, and safety goals. You'll play a key role in ensuring products are packaged to specification while supporting efficient operations and maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.

• Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated packaging equipment to meet production and quality requirements.
• Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of equipment operation, packaging materials, and process settings to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct package testing, identify quality issues, and complete required quality documentation accurately and on time.
• Production Support: Change packaging film, replenish materials, fill hoppers, and support line operations to keep production running efficiently.

  Assist in onboarding and training new operators and packers to build team capability and consistency.
• Safety Champion: Identify unsafe conditions, promote safe work practices, and comply with all applicable health and safety requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Communicate ideas and concerns related to quality, safety, efficiency, and equipment performance to support operational excellence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with maintenance and production teams to achieve production targets and resolve operational challenges.
• Housekeeping & Compliance: Maintain a clean work area, follow work order instructions, and support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.

• High school diploma.
• 2+ years of experience in packaging operations, or 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging operations.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions in English.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to provide and receive direction in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, nights ( 7:00 am – 3:00 pm; 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm;
  11:00 pm – 7:00 am)

We’re offering a competitive compensation with a starting rate of $22.05 per hour, based on a 40 hours week. Pay will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Some additional benefits we have offer are:
