Food Production Supervisor Area Lead

Apply front-line leadership and food safety knowledge as Production Area Lead with Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. in plant operations.

You will manage assigned production activities while guiding employees toward production, quality, and safety goals. The position requires experience in manufacturing leadership, knowledge of HACCP and GMP, and practical understanding of equipment and procedures. Strong communication supports staffing, shift turnover, and daily administration.

• Manage daily production operations within an assigned area
• Organize staffing, attendance management, tools, and resources
• Check metal detectors and report deviations to QA
• Communicate schedule, breakdown, and shift issues
• Provide training and mentor team members

• Minimum five years in front-line manufacturing leadership
• Completed high school diploma
• Procedural knowledge of systems and equipment
• Basic scheduling and troubleshooting knowledge
• Ability to train staff and resolve conflicts
