Aerotek seeks a Mechanical Assembly Technician for a contract to hire position in Brampton, Ontario. The work includes subassembly, final assembly, blueprint interpretation, hand tools, power tools, test equipment, and accurate test documentation. Candidates need at least one year of mechanical assembly experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform subassembly and final assembly operations
- Follow specified methods and procedures
- Use hand tools, power tools, and test equipment
- Analyze and record test results accurately
- Meet production levels and support supplier development
- At least one year of mechanical assembly experience
- Proficiency using hand and power tools
- Experience working with blueprints
- Ability to complete assemblies before leaving the work center
