Packaging Equipment Operator

Operate automated packaging equipment for Jones Healthcare Group, applying quality and safety standards in a production-focused manufacturing environment. Help healthcare products reach customers accurately.

As an Operator, you will oversee assigned packaging lines and help achieve production, quality, and safety goals. You will apply equipment, materials, and process-setting knowledge while supporting efficient operations. The work includes documentation, team guidance, housekeeping, and Good Manufacturing Practices compliance.

• Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated packaging equipment
• Conduct package testing and complete quality documentation
• Change film, replenish materials, and fill hoppers
• Assist with onboarding and training operators and packers
• Maintain clean areas and support GMP standards

• High school diploma
• Two years packaging operations experience, or one year pharmaceutical packaging experience
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
• English reading, writing, and detailed instruction-following skills
• Flexibility for rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, and nights
