Die Handler Extrusion Manufacturing

Coordinate extrusion dies at Can Art’s Brampton plant using organized tooling handling and careful attention to detail. Rotating shifts and occasional overtime apply.

As a Die Handler, you prepare and deliver dies to the correct extrusion presses according to scheduled work orders. You retrieve and store tooling through the Epics system while supporting cleaning and preparation for future runs. The position requires manufacturing awareness, basic computer skills, and safe work practices.

• Deliver required dies to presses by work order sequence
• Load dies into caustic cycles and clean aluminum buildup
• Process caustic tanks and prepare new tanks
• Load, rotate, and time dies in the sandblaster
• Assemble and break down extrusion tooling

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year as a die handler or operator
• Basic computer skills and English reading and writing
• Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
