Position Summary
The ITAD Technician
- Cell Phone is responsible for configuring, testing, troubleshooting, repairing and refurbishing cell phones and other electronic equipment as required, and performing inventory control including Approved Certified Data Destruction (CDD) of cell phones, and occasionally other electronic equipment, by wiping/destroying drives as per client specs and SOW requirements, as well as registration and ensuring customer satisfaction.
