Why is this role important?
We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and execution-focused Content Manager to lead the delivery of social content across assigned portfolios. This role is critical in ensuring content moves seamlessly from strategy and creative development through production, approval, and launch while maintaining quality, timelines, and stakeholder confidence.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end execution of social content across assigned portfolios, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and to quality standards
Translate approved content strategies and creative direction into actionable execution plans, timelines, and deliverables
Manage content readiness and progression from briefing and planning through approval and launch
Coordinate pre-production activities, including timelines, shot lists, asset requirements, approvals, and handoffs
Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Content, Brand, Media, Community Management, and external partners to ensure execution readiness
Identify and proactively manage risks related to timelines, dependencies, approvals, scope, and resource requirements
Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned content initiatives and campaigns
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, decisions, and next steps
Facilitate alignment across teams throughout the content lifecycle to ensure smooth execution and delivery
Ensure all content meets approved creative direction, platform specifications, and delivery requirements
Support review and revision cycles while minimizing rework and maintaining operational efficiency
Contribute to workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance content operations and delivery effectiveness
Support performance tracking and reporting by partnering with Planning & Insights teams to ensure content is tagged, measured, and evaluated effectively
What You'll Need
3–5+ years of experience in content management, creative operations, project management, marketing operations, or a related field
Experience managing content production workflows from briefing through delivery
Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, media, production, and agency partners
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to executional excellence
Ability to identify risks, solve problems proactively, and drive projects forward independently
Experience using workflow, project management, or content operations tools
Post‑secondary education in marketing, communications, business, media, or a related field
Nice to Have
Experience working within retail, CPG, agency, or multi‑brand environments
Familiarity with content production processes for social, digital, and integrated marketing campaigns
Experience supporting content measurement, tagging, and reporting initiatives
Knowledge of content management systems, digital asset management tools, or workflow platforms
Experience contributing to process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
How You'll Succeed
Ensure content is delivered on time, on strategy, and at a high standard of quality
Create seamless collaboration across teams by providing clarity, coordination, and accountability
Build trust with stakeholders through proactive communication and reliable execution
Improve operational efficiency by identifying and implementing workflow enhancements
Anticipate and mitigate risks before they impact delivery timelines or quality
Enable teams to focus on creating great work by ensuring strong planning, organization, and executional discipline
