Head of Communications

Are you passionate about sharing stories that move hearts and inspire action? Do you enjoy both hands-on communication and strategic leadership?

• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset
• Minimum of 5 years experience in communications, media, marketing, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement communication strategies across digital and print platforms
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences
• Experience in cross-cultural communication is highly beneficial
• Confident user of communication tools and platforms (e.g. CMS, social media, newsletters, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, etc.)
• Ability to lead and coach remote teams, and to collaborate across time zones
• A heart for discipleship and a passion for seeing lives transformed through sports
• Willingness to raise personal support or secure funding for the role
• Must be comfortable with a hands-on role, especially in the early stages
• A committed Christian with a lifestyle that reflects Christ and aligns with OM’s values and Statement of Faith
