In this pivotal role, you will manage multiple high-value client campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed KPIs across Facebook and Instagram. Your expertise will guide tailored strategies leveraging deep platform insights, as you monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns. Collaboration with the Client Services team will enable you to focus on hitting your targets while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Launch and manage client campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Develop tailored strategies to meet client objectives
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
• Create A/B testing frameworks for improvement
• Collaborate with Creative team to enhance ad campaigns
Requirements:
• 3+ years in performance Facebook campaigns management
• 2+ years in agency settings
• Experience managing $100K+/month in performance spend
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication, written and verbal
