The pay range for the co-op student role will reflect factors such as the candidate's experience, academic level, and the specific skillset required for the role.

Loblaw has adopted the following hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues can work remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit).

You’ll be joining the Marketing and Brands Enablement team whose mission is to drive the strategic development and execution of marketing for high-impact enterprise programs like Hit of the Month, Collectables and Collect & Save stamp programs.

This role supports the Marketing Manager by driving customer value and organizational growth through innovative marketing strategies and executional excellence within enterprise-wide programs.

As a Co-op, Brand Marketing – Enterprise Programs, you’ll be operating in the capacity of a Marketing Coordinator.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help drive the delivery of marketing strategy and planning for Enterprise Programs, including but not limited to:
  • Support on marketing deliverables and milestones
  • Attend, coordinate and provide various admin support for project meetings
  • Manage cross-functional relationships across our Marketing, Brands and project stakeholder teams
  • Support with marketing dashboard reporting and post-mortems
  • Support with building compelling PowerPoint decks and email communications.
  • Provide support to Marketing Manager as needed.
  • Integrate into Teams Groups and online communication channels in order to facilitate project progress.

You’ll be a successful candidate if you:

  • Are enrolled in a business/commerce or marketing post‑secondary program
  • Passionate about marketing and brands, knowledgeable about marketing communication channels with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to easily build relationships and credibility while being a part of a cross functional team.
  • Possess a structured problem‑solving approach and very strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to organize and track both their to‑dos and project deliverables on‑time and in parallel.
  • Strong competency in presentation development (PowerPoint), project planning (Excel) and communication tools (Teams, Outlook)
