Job DescriptionAssesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care. Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centred care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Other Education and Training: Critical Care Nursing Advanced Education Certificate;
Nursing diploma is acceptable - Competencies: Time management, Communication, Interpersonal, Organizational, Computer skills
- Knowledge & Abilities: Ability to work independently;
Ability to mentor others - Other Information: Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
