Lev Senior Living is seeking a full-time Director of Care to oversee nursing care and implement personalized wellness plans. You will lead a dedicated team, collaborating with management, physicians, residents, and families.
Your role is essential in ensuring high standards of service and effective management, requiring strong leadership and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and plan resident care needs collaboratively
• Lead the wellness team and support nursing services
• Ensure excellent customer service in all interactions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans regularly
• Manage outbreaks and ensure infection control measures
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with current registration
• Minimum 5 years in wellness supervisory roles
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Experience in retirement residence preferred
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle
