This role demands a focused RPN who will deliver comprehensive care to hemodialysis patients in a culturally responsive manner. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and care plans
• Ensure patient-centered and compassionate care
• Conduct effective patient and family education
• Monitor patients and respond to emergency situations
• Follow strict infection prevention protocols
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of recent hemodialysis experience
• Nephrology certificate required or in progress
• Knowledge of vascular access protocols essential
• Achieve 80% on nephrology quiz
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
