• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and care plans
• Ensure patient-centered and compassionate care
• Conduct patient and family education effectively
• Monitor patients and respond to emergency situations
• Follow strict infection prevention protocols

• At least two years of recent hemodialysis experience
• Nephrology certificate required or in progress
• Knowledge of vascular access protocols mandated
• 80% passing score on nephrology quiz
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in positive standing
