In this fulfilling position, you'll assess resident needs and implement care strategies while ensuring adherence to Sienna's health standards. Collaborate closely with a professional team to maintain effective communication with residents, facilitating a supportive environment. Your work will prioritize residents' health and enrich their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate the needs of residents regularly
• Deliver medications and document nursing actions diligently
• Supervise and mentor the nursing team in best practices
• Develop individualized care plans with resident involvement
• Lead educational initiatives for nursing staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent certification
• Registered Nurse status with applicable regulatory body
• Experience in geriatric care and the nursing process
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual skills in English and French are an asset
