Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and care planning

• Implement and evaluate nursing actions to enhance patient safety

• Foster supportive and therapeutic patient relationships

• Recognize and respond to urgent patient health changes

• Educate patients on discharge processes for continuity of care

Requirements:

• Three years of acute care experience preferred

• Background in cardiology essential

• Active registration with College of Nurses of Ontario

• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment

• Strong communication skills and critical thinking required
