As a Registered Nurse at our 90-bed hospital, you will work with patients dealing with cardiopulmonary, neurological, and surgical conditions. The role requires Canadian citizenship and is open to new nurses interested in a collaborative, positive work environment. You will receive thorough training and orientation to excel in various specialties such as ER, ICU, and Medical Surgical nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general nursing care to patients in various specialties
• Collaborate with healthcare team to improve patient outcomes
• Participate in performance and payroll reviews each summer
• Support patient education and recovery initiatives
• Assist in developing patient care plans and assessments
Requirements:
• Canadian citizenship (TN visa required)
• Valid NCLEX certification
• Minimum 2-year commitment to the position
• Current CPR certification
