In this critical role reporting to the Clinical Services Manager, you will provide comprehensive patient care in acute medical, palliative, and surgical settings. Essential responsibilities include floating to different units based on staffing demands and possibly taking on temporary placements in medical or surgical departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Float to various units based on daily staffing needs
• Adapt to temporary placements for medical or surgical units
• Provide patient care within full nursing scope of practice
• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team
• Maintain strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Recent experience in acute medicine and surgery
• Current CPR certification
• Fluency in English, encompassing all language skills
• Willingness to travel between Osler sites
