Casual Registered Practical Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct resident clinical assessments and maintain care plans

• Administer medications and document patient care accurately

• Facilitate family education and support during care conferences

• Coordinate care assignments within the nursing team

• Respond to medical emergencies and manage significant condition changes

Requirements:

• Registration with CNO as a Registered Practical Nurse

• Experience in long-term care or with seniors is preferred

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Current BCLS and First Aid certification required

• Ability to obtain a current Vulnerable Sector Check
