This role in Community Support Services caters to nurses with a strong foundation in clinical skills. Deliver individualized nursing care while evaluating client outcomes and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Your work will promote client independence and well-being, ensuring a seamless care transition for those you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care in accordance with professional standards
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams for client care
• Assess and document client conditions regularly
• Coordinate evidence-informed clinical interventions
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all activities
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved nursing program
• Current CNO registration and BCLS/CPR certification
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License with reliable vehicle access
• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
