Location: Brampton, ON
Job Type: Full-Time (30–40 hours/week)
Compensation: $60+/hour
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our busy Primary Care Clinic in Brampton.
Qualifications- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Fully certified Nurse Practitioner
- Independent licence to practice in Ontario
- Previous primary care experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Provide preventive care and patient education
- Complete approximately 10–20 phone appointments and 10–20 in-person appointments per clinic day
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care
