Clinical Supervisor at ParaMed

In this full-time role, you will supervise unregulated care providers, ensuring compliance with standards and company policies. Your leadership will help assess clinical care interventions while developing long-term therapeutic relationships with patients. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support PSWs and HSWs in their practices

• Respond to concerns from staff, patients, and families

• Conduct regular meetings and huddles for team collaboration

• Lead patient safety incident investigations and documentation

• Ensure clinical documentation meets funder guidelines

Requirements:

• RPN or RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum 5 years as a practicing nurse

• Strong patient health assessment skills

• Proven experience in team leadership and management

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport
