Cogir Senior Living manages various senior living options and is seeking passionate Registered Practical Nurses to join our team. In this role, you will provide compassionate care while working with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans and address the needs of our residents. Your efforts will be vital in fostering a nurturing and supportive environment for both residents and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered nursing care based on provincial standards

• Engage in continuous communication with residents and families

• Evaluate and modify care plans as necessary

• Mentor and direct unregulated care providers

• Maintain accurate clinical assessments and records

Requirements:

• Registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in your province

• Experience with seniors and clinical knowledge essential

• Strong teamwork and communication abilities

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is mandatory

• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
