Perioperative Registered Nurse

Position: Halton Healthcare Perioperative Registered Nurse
Location: Georgetown

In your role, you'll execute crucial functions for patient care within the perioperative area. Working closely with surgical teams, you'll scrub and circulate in different procedures, ensuring both safety and quality service for patients. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scrubbing and circulating tasks in surgeries

• Assist the anaesthetist as needed

• Rotate across surgical specialties and teams

• Engage in on-call responsibilities

• Follow health protocols and regulations

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• BCLS Certification required upon hire

• Completion of post graduate OR course needed

• Relevant clinical experience in the OR

• Previous leadership experience required
