Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate nursing and health services for residents

• Lead comprehensive shift report sessions for the healthcare team

• Document changes in residents’ conditions according to policies

• Ensure prompt processing of physician orders

• Communicate issues with orders to management immediately

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required

• Comprehensive understanding of relevant health acts

• Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing

• Current registration and good standing with provincial body

• Ability to uphold ethical nursing standards
