Experienced Registered Nurse Emergency Position

Seek a temporary Registered Nurse role in the Outpatient Emergency Department from January to May 2026 and provide essential nursing care to those in need. Bring your acute care expertise to our dynamic team.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for offering nursing care that adheres to established standards. A minimum of two years of acute care experience is required, along with a Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario. Candidates should also have a willingness to obtain A.C.L.S. certification and undergo triage training as applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective nursing care in the Outpatient Emergency setting

• Document patient assessments and care accurately

• Collaborate with staff to ensure patient-centered care

• Maintain excellent communication with patients and families

• Perform triage duties as required

Requirements:

• Valid Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Two years of experience in an acute care environment

• Willingness to acquire A.C.L.S. certification

• Solid understanding of Nursing Process and Standards

• Previous Emergency Department experience is a plus
