Bayshore Registered Nurse - Clinical Focus

You will work closely with the Specialty Pharma Supervisor, conducting health assessments and creating tailored care plans for patients. The role focuses on administering IV treatments, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining communication with the care team. Key Responsibilities:

• Customize individualized nursing care for each patient

• Assess health conditions and teach medication administration

• Initiate peripheral IV access and manage centralized lines

• Prepare and deliver injectable pharmacological treatments

• Document patient conditions and report adverse reactions

Requirements:

• BSN degree or equivalent from an accredited program

• Active registration with a provincial nursing body

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• At least 2 years of experience in related care

• Exceptional assessment and communication abilities
