The Care Company invites passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our team. You will be responsible for enhancing client well-being through personalized care strategies and clinical assessments. Experience in complex, pediatric, or home care is beneficial, and comprehensive training will be provided for specific client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-to-one personalized nursing care
• Monitor and assess changes in clients’ health
• Perform complex nursing interventions as needed
• Ensure adherence to infection prevention protocols
• Engage with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements:
• Current RN/RPN registration with the CNO
• Negative TB test and Criminal Record Check
• Valid First Aid/CPR and WHMIS certifications
• Excellent communication and clinical judgment skills
• Valid driver’s license is beneficial
