As a Clinical Educator, you will partner with leaders and teams in a hands-on learning environment. Deliver evidence-based training, develop educational content, and assess clinical competencies while traveling within your assigned region. Strong communication and planning skills are essential in this influential position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing clinical skills education
• Facilitate engaging education through various formats
• Assess and validate clinical competencies and skills
• Develop lesson plans and competency assessment tools
• Partner with leaders to identify education needs
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing
• Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience, preferably in LTC
• Experience in adult learning and competency development
• Current BCLS/CPR certification required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
