Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate patient-focused nursing care
• Ensure compliance with observation policies and procedures
• Respond to emergencies by assessing patient health status
• Provide compassionate care in a diverse culture
• Educate patients and families for continuity of care
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years acute cardiac or critical care experience
• Current Ontario College of Nurses registration
• ACLS and BCLS certifications required
• Strong knowledge of nursing processes and theories
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
