Cencora is seeking a dedicated Field & Infusion Nurse in Canada. This role focuses on administering medications, monitoring IV treatments, and providing patient education. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications in home or clinic settings
• Monitor IV infusion treatments effectively
• Document and report on patient progress
• Educate patients on treatment protocols
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and case managers
Requirements:
• Nursing degree and valid registration required
• Minimum 2 years as an RPN or LPN
• IV therapy experience is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to travel within the designated geographical area
