Quality Leader in Product Manufacturing

Location: Georgetown

Drive product quality as a Quality Director focused on operational leadership and continuous improvement. Ideal for leaders enthusiastic about mentoring and collaboration in manufacturing.

In this role, you will lead the quality organization, championing accountability and driving comprehensive improvements across all areas of production. By closely working with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service, you'll ensure quality standards are embedded throughout product design and delivery. This position emphasizes hands-on leadership and the establishment of a culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop quality strategies that align with customer expectations

• Oversee document control and compliance processes

• Drive corrective actions and root cause investigations

• Lead internal and external quality audits

• Mentor and support the quality assurance team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related

• Minimum 8–10 years in quality leadership roles

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies

• Proven skills in leading cross-functional teams

• Strong ability in analytical problem solving
