Quality and Inventory Coordinator

As a key member of Supply One Canada, you will manage quality assurance policies and oversee inventory discrepancies. This hands-on role requires candidates with a knack for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You will contribute to continuous improvements in processes and efficiency while ensuring that quality standards align with customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily cycle counts matching system records to physical stock
• Investigate and address inventory and quality discrepancies
• Issue Non-Conformance Report (NCR) documents as necessary
• Perform inspections on incoming SKUs for quality standards
• Communicate quality concerns directly to vendors
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory control management
• University degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
• Ability to lift and manage 30 lbs physical tasks
