As a Special Builds and Rework Coordinator, you will manage multiple aspects of build schedules, including product inspection and workflow planning. This position is critical for ensuring projects stay on track and meet specifications while requiring you to handle updates and verify accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Print and distribute build templates to the inventory team

• Conduct inspections for product quality and accuracy

• Confirm UPC information and quantities thoroughly

• Generate stickers and labels for each build

• Oversee task delegation to temporary staff

Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Exceptional attention to detail and communication abilities

• Experience managing large teams in high-pressure situations

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs as necessary

• Steel toed safety boots required
