As an FSQA Coordinator reporting to the FSQA Manager, you will engage deeply with Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP principles. Your primary responsibilities include analyzing data, executing corrective actions, and preparing comprehensive performance reports. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and documentation management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor food safety and quality data throughout operations
• Analyze deviations, track closure rates, and deliver reports
• Review corrective actions and provide support to FSQA leadership
• Coordinate documentation verification and manage non-conformances
• Facilitate FSQA trainings and support equipment calibrations
Requirements:
• University degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Food Science
• 2-5 years' experience in food manufacturing quality roles
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and GMP principles
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in MS Office and strong communication abilities
