You will analyze electrical and low-voltage systems, work with clients, and assess asset conditions across extensive areas. Your expertise will drive actionable recommendations for project planning and cost estimating.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of electrical and low-voltage systems

• Collaborate with clients and on-site teams effectively

• Evaluate building conditions and project necessities

• Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions

• Prepare project documentation and review peer work

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of related work experience

• Experience in facility condition assessments preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile devices

• Willingness to travel up to 40%

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
