Mission Assurance Manager at Terran Orbital

In this strategic role, the Mission Assurance Manager will report to the Sr. Director of EH&S, Quality & Mission Assurance. You will engage with multidisciplinary teams to meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements. Oversee assurance activities, risking management, and deliverable tracking while ensuring compliance with customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure program success

• Interface with customers to resolve quality assurance issues

• Participate in design and readiness evaluations

• Lead the implementation of mission assurance deliverables

• Monitor non-conformance and ensure timely resolutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant STEM field

• 8 years of aerospace Mission Assurance experience

• 3-5 years in a key assurance role

• Strong communication skills across all levels

• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance
