Become part of Antares as a Test Technician I / II located in Torrance, CA. This role is dedicated to maintaining high-quality test environments while collaborating closely with engineers on reactor testing.
As a Test Technician, your responsibilities will include assembling test stands, integrating data acquisition systems, and ensuring repeatable test processes. Your hands-on work is essential for collecting accurate data and confirming test rig performance. Your real-time feedback will greatly influence engineering decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain test setups and support equipment
• Install and route instrumentation and sensors
• Document test results and anomalies accurately
• Participate in root cause investigations for hardware failures
• Maintain a clean and safe test area
Requirements:
• HS Diploma or GED
• 3+ years in a technical or engineering technician role
• Experience with instrumentation and test hardware
• Familiarity with data acquisition systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and tool experience
