Quality Assurance Engineer

Position: Quality Assurance Engineer at Martinrea
Elevate quality standards with Martinrea International Inc. as a Quality Assurance Engineer. In this role, you will enhance processes in a dynamic automotive environment, emphasizing safety and efficiency.

As a key player in the Quality Assurance team, you will bring 5-8 years of relevant experience, particularly in the automotive field. Your expertise in problem-solving, GD&T, and computer software will drive excellence in our manufacturing processes. In addition, you will support the implementation of quality systems and ensure compliance across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct root cause analysis and SPC data evaluation

• Participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)

• Create quality documentation per company standards

• Coordinate PPAP submissions timely and accurately

• Notify stakeholders about potential quality issues

Requirements:

• College or university degree in a related field

• 5-8 years of automotive quality assurance experience

• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 Quality Management System

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to travel to customer/supplier locations
