ALMAG Quality Technician

Position: ALMAG Quality Technician Role
Join ALMAG as a Quality Technician, responsible for key quality initiatives and customer satisfaction. This pivotal role involves collaboration, auditing, and new product support in a manufacturing setting.

As part of the Quality team, you will directly report to the Quality Manager and focus on enhancing the compliance and effectiveness of various departments.

Your role includes conducting audits, supporting the introduction of new products, and fostering continuous quality improvement across the organization. You will also provide training and ensure high standards for product testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure new customer requirements are understood for product launches

• Perform audits to ensure compliance with the QMS

• Gather and analyze samples for quality assurance

• Facilitate quality containment procedures for nonconformance

• Assist in training and standard document creation

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in quality within a manufacturing environment

• ASQ Certification is a plus

• Strong ability to communicate effectively

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail required

• Fork Lift Certified
