Enhance quality assurance processes with Communications & Power Industries as a Receiving Inspector in Plano, Texas. Focus on inspection and verification of incoming products and materials to ensure compliance.
As a key member of the Quality Assurance team, you will handle receiving, final inspections, and product verification against approved specifications. This role involves using calibrated equipment and managing documentation for compliance while promoting continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining quality standards and controlling nonconforming products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform receiving and final inspections according to specifications
• Verify part identification and traceability for acceptance
• Conduct First Article Inspections as required
• Maintain accurate inspection records within JD Edwards ERP
• Identify and control nonconforming products effectively
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education preferred
• Experience in mechanical or dimensional inspection
• Proficiency using precision measuring tools
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
