Join Communications & Power Industries as a Receiving Inspector in Plano, Texas. This key position ensures quality through inspections of incoming products and finished goods.
As part of the Quality Assurance team within Power Electronics, you will verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and inspection plans. Your responsibilities will also include using calibrated equipment and maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring only conforming products are released. Strong attention to detail and mechanical inspection experience are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform receiving and final inspections accurately
• Verify product dimensions using calibrated equipment
• Confirm documentation and traceability for products
• Maintain inspection records in JD Edwards ERP
• Identify and control nonconforming products
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education preferred
• Experience in mechanical inspection within manufacturing
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485
• Proficiency in precision measuring tools
