As Product Safety Manager I, you will champion safety culture at the Brampton facility. The work combines technology with human-centered solutions, including audits, investigations, training, and emergency response. You will build relationships across frontline teams and leadership while maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive comprehensive safety programs through data-driven strategies
Lead daily audits, investigations, and risk assessments
Deliver safety training promoting proactive workplace practices
Analyze safety trends and implement actionable improvements
Coordinate emergency response and maintain effective care delivery
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
One year of EHS experience, or six months internally
Professional proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of standard regulatory safety guidelines
Ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift 49 pounds
