Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for resident inquiries and emergencies

• Support leasing with inquiries and suite showings

• Coordinate building maintenance and repairs

• Liaise with contractors and manage work orders

• Maintain safety protocols and routine inspections

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent, with technical certifications preferred

• 2 to 5 years in building maintenance or property management
